Open Invitation for Expressions of Interest – Church Restoration Project St Denys Church, Eaton

Flying Buttress Architecture Ltd., on behalf of the Parochial Church Council of St Denys Eaton, invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the restoration of a Grade I listed parish church in Leicestershire. The project is supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Scope of Works: Includes extensive stonework repairs to the south aisle, tower and spire.

Contract Type: JCT Intermediate form of building contract 2024

Programme: Anticipated start on site late summer early autumn 2025, duration approx. 20 weeks
Eligibility: Contractors must demonstrate experience with conservation work on listed buildings, preferably churches, and be able to comply with CDM 2015 requirements. Conservation-accredited staff or membership of recognised heritage bodies is desirable but not mandatory, experience will be considered.
